What’s happening at Ford, and Why is Ford Stock Falling?

Ford Motor Company’s, Ticker F shares are down 7.26% this morning, trading at 13.28 dollars, following their Q4 report. Although the company beat revenue estimates with 44 billion dollars, its adjusted EPS results of 51 cents per share fell short of the expected 62 cents.

Despite the lower earnings, Ford saw positive cash flow with 1.2 billion dollars in operating cash flow and 2.4 billion dollars in adjusted free cash flow.

The automaker is also declared a Q1 dividend of 15 cents per share and a supplemental dividend of 65 cents per share.
